Terms of sale

These terms cover art packs bought on aeroways.art, sold by Aeroways Art, a studio of Apptractor Development Ltd (“we”). Questions: team@apptractor.dev.

What you buy

An art pack is a set of 6 image files of one day at one airport: prints in four frame ratios and wallpapers for a phone and a desktop. It is drawn for the day, the flights, the title, the line and the frame you choose, after you pay, and is ready to download in about a minute at a private link, which we also email to you.

We keep your files at that link for at least 3 years. Download them to keep them for good: once downloaded, they're yours. The link ends in a random code of 12 letters and digits, so it can't be guessed or found through a search engine; anyone you share it with can download the files.

What the art is drawn from

How you may use it

For your own walls and screens, and as a gift: print the files and frame them, use them as wallpapers, share them on social media. You may not sell the files or prints of them, or use them in products, advertising or other commercial work. For those, ask us about a custom order.

Payment

Prices are shown before checkout and include tax. Checkout and payment are run by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale: it takes your payment and handles sales tax and VAT.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Liability

We draw every pack with care, but we can't guarantee that the flight data behind it is complete. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought a pack applies to that pack.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
