What we collect, and why
- What you put on your pack: the airport, the day, the title and the line you choose, to draw it. They appear only in your files and on your pack's private page, never on the day's public page.
- Your email address and payment details, which you give Stripe at checkout. We see your email and what you paid, to send you your pack's link and answer you about your order; we never see your card number.
- Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser), kept by our hosting provider for security.
- Visit counts, with Vercel Web Analytics: the page you open, the site you came from, and your country, device and browser type. It uses no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you; visitors are told apart only within a day, by a code that is then thrown away. Your pack's private page is counted without its link.
We use your order details to make and deliver the pack you buy (our contract with you). We keep logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, and count visits because we have one in knowing which pages people use.
Who else processes it
- Vercel, which hosts the site and counts its visits
- Stripe, which runs checkout and, as merchant of record, the payment and its tax and receipts
- Cloudflare, for our domain, our flight-data server's connection, and storing your files
- Resend, which sends your pack's link by email
They are based in the US. Transfers there are covered by approved safeguards (the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses); ask us for details.
How long we keep it
Your files stay at their link for at least 3 years; ask us any time to delete them sooner (the link then stops working). We keep the order record itself (email, date, amount) for 6 years, as UK accounting rules require. Technical logs are deleted automatically by our hosting provider after a short time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, or to limit or object to how we use it, by writing to us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising, and its visit counts follow no one from site to site. Stripe's checkout uses its own cookies when you pay.
