Refund policy

Every pack is drawn for your day and your words after you pay, so we can't take one back once it's drawn. When something is wrong on our side, we put it right.

You get a full refund if

• your pack wasn't ready to download within 24 hours of paying;
• a file is damaged or won't open;
• the pack shows a different airport, day or choice of flights from the one you ordered, through a fault of ours.

A typo in your title or line?

Tell us within 7 days and we'll draw the pack again with the words corrected, free.

How to ask

Write to team@apptractor.dev with the email you paid with, or your pack's link, and what went wrong. We answer within two working days.

Your right to cancel

By buying, you ask us to draw your pack straight away and accept that the 14-day right to cancel for digital content ends once it's drawn. This doesn't affect the refunds above.
